Do students in 2019 know the grammar necessary for a top score on the SAT writing test? If not, join me for The SAT Grammar Hammer, a Small Group Verbal Instruction Workshop on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, at the Southbury Public Library, 10 a.m. to noon.
This workshop is timed specifically to boost results on the verbal portion of the March 9th SAT, because there’s just no way around it. You need to know all the grammar rules tested on the SAT and how they work! For example, certain grammar rules, like punctuation usage, subject/verb agreement, and pronoun case, appear far more often than other rules.
In this two-hour workshop, we will focus on this and other high-impact SAT grammar and how to get the right answer more often. This session will also introduce all the shortcuts necessary to eliminate wrong answers. Students will leave this class with a host of strategies and a foundation in grammar concepts. Students will also receive a study plan for practicing these grammar skills along with the best resources available to help them continue their test prep.
Join certified teacher and IECA-accredited Tutor Eileen Sullivan Studdert on Sat., 2/9/19! Enrollment is limited to 8 students (minimum 4.) Just $40 for this powerful 2-hour session! Meet at the back table on the library’s second floor. Sign up today, call or text Eileen at (203) 313-2739.
